Many thanks to all those who helped open up the Parish Centre to provide refreshments and shelter to those affected by this tragic fire Saturday 27 April, and also for helping set up St John’s as a collection point for donations. It was greatly appreciated by the families made homeless, and also the emergency services who attended. Donations have been passed on, and we have received a letter of thanks from the council for the excellent support St John’s gave.
